"I've worked almost everywhere at the factory and have built HUDDIG machines from scratch. Therefore, becoming part of Technical Support is a natural next step where I interact with our Dealers and Service Partners and support them in the best possible way.

Richard's main tasks are to train and support Huddig's authorized Service Partners, who, in turn, have end-customer contact.

"As a Support Technician, I support all of Huddig's Service Partners. It is a new challenge that feels very exciting, and I will benefit from my knowledge from the work in the assembly."

"We have strengthened our After Sales team to offer even better service and training to our dealers and authorized Huddig Service Partners. Increasing the life span of the machines through high-quality After Sales service is also part of our sustainability work," Maria Thurin, After Sales Manager at Huddig, says.

Huddig's local anchoring and deep competence in the team inspire Rikard, and he looks forward to being part of his new team.

"I am proud of our company and that such an advanced construction machine is built from scratch locally here in Hudiksvall, Sweden. Being part of Huddig's After Sales team with incredibly knowledgeable colleagues is exciting. I look forward to both contributing and learning more," Rikard concludes.
