About Huddig

Huddig develops, manufactures, and sells HUDDIG backhoe loaders for the overhead line, railway, and construction industries.  

The customer plays a central role in the development process, as each HUDDIG backhoe loader is uniquely designed to meet the customer's requirements. 

The company employs 120 people, and the machine sales are carried out through 25 authorized dealers in 13 countries. Huddig AB is located in Sweden in the coastal municipality of Hudiksvall in southern Norrland. 


Job description 

We are expanding our technical support, technical information, and training team. The work consists of daily contact with our workshops to improve their ability to provide quick and accurate troubleshooting solutions to end customers. We are looking for skills in graphic production, pedagogy, and solid technical interest. Depending on your experience and skills, we will shape the role to fit the team's needs.  

You will drive your cases but will also be in constant contact with other Team colleagues and internal functions to deliver solutions to our clients. This role is theoretical and practical. It is vital that you are responsive and support-oriented.  

In addition to the core team, you will also be part of a marketing team of 12 people based in Hudiksvall. Travel in the job will occur. The position is a permanent position. 


Whom are we looking for? 

We are looking for someone with a bachelor of engineering or technical education. Previous work in technical information or education is an advantage, as is the experience of working within the machine entrepreneur industry. 

As a person, you are goal-oriented and have strong initiative. You have easy to socialize with other people and are a good listener. You see a natural challenge in describing and clarifying complex technical contexts in an easily understandable way. You have a good command of the language and techniques needed to adapt the information to the target audience.  

You strive to provide a high level of service; you are solutions-oriented and motivated by challenges. You see the big picture, can draw conclusions from different facts, and analyze and transform them into action plans and activities.  

You are fluent in Swedish and have good written and spoken English communication skills.
