When a service provider needs help with more advanced problem solving, they contact Pontus and his colleagues.

- We start by troubleshooting remotely, assisting service providers by phone. If it's a difficult problem to solve, we go out and troubleshoot the machine. We try different ways until we have solved the problem. If necessary, we involve engineering and other departments. We do everything we can to get the machine running again.

Pontus and his colleagues also train the service providers so that they can offer the best possible assistance to customers.

- The right skills are needed to screw on a HUDDIG. The technology is often updated and there are advanced hydraulics and electricity that interact a lot.

In Pontus' daily work, he encounters different types of situations and problems.

- I use my head all the time. Since there is great variation in the cases that come in, it is necessary for those of us who work in support to constantly keep up to date, keep track of the latest and quickly find the right information. We stay at the forefront of developments and work closely with designers to provide the best possible service.

Huddig also handles support cases from service provider in other countries, such as the USA, Germany, Norway and Eastern Europe. This means that support is needed in English and partly other languages.

- It is important to communicate in the best possible way. Google translate gets hot sometimes," he says, laughing.

- Tigon is a generational change, something completely new. Of course, it also means a lot of new technology, which both we and our service provider need to learn. It feels challenging and exciting at the same time. I am encouraged by developing and learning new things, Pontus concludes.
