• Service interval: every 500 hours at a service center or in the field.
• Annual operating hours: 1,500 hours per year. Contract term: 36 months. Or a maximum of 4,500 hours—whichever comes first.
• Fixed monthly fee.

Type II Lift – Safe and efficient railway work.

With a HUDDIG RAIL LIFT II, an operator can control the lift from the basket while the machine and its attachments are controlled from the cab by the driver. With LIFT II, the machine can travel along the track (up to 8 km/h) while work is in progress. The system monitors both speed and lifting torque in real time, ensuring everything proceeds safely and stably. This results in a smoother workflow and fewer, shorter stops. Perfect for jobs involving overhead lines and poles where every minute counts.

Powered rail wheels – Fast and safe movement on railways.

With HUDDIG’s hydraulically driven rail wheels, you can operate the machine directly on the rails—completely independently of the rubber wheels. This makes it possible to work on track sections where rubber wheels are not permitted, while also protecting the tires from unnecessary wear.

Updated “One-for-all” R/C module

With our updated remote control , you remote control full control over the machine’s most important functions—even when you’re outside the cab. This allows you to work closer to the work area, which improves both precision and safety, especially in situations where visibility from the cab is limited.
