Electrical Safety Training for Managers

This training program provides you, as a leader in an organization that works with Huddig’s electric machines, with the necessary knowledge in basic electrical engineering, risk management, and the delegation of responsibility for electric vehicles.  

This course is designed for those in management positions who supervise service technicians at a Huddig authorized dealer service partner.

Huddig recommends that refresher training be conducted on a regular basis, approximately every three years.

Course Content

• What electrical safety training requirements must your staff meet in order to perform electrical work on Huddig’s electrified machines, and what is required of them in terms of personal safety?
• What delegation requirements and procedures are in place for an organization when working on electric vehicles?
• Risk management, documentation, and procedures for electrical work, and how they can be adapted to your own operations.
• Specific safety guidelines, tools, and protective equipment for electrical work.

This course is intended exclusively for Huddig’s registered dealer service partners and is available in both Swedish and English.

Course Objectives

After completing the course, you will have a solid understanding of the various roles, electrical safety training levels, and your own responsibilities as a manager. You will have the authority to deny access to an electric vehicle facility if there is a risk that personal safety cannot be ensured, and you will be able to delegate responsibility for electrical work within the organization to qualified service technicians.

You know how to conduct risk assessments and update procedures and documents to improve electrical safety in your area of operations.

Prerequisites

You must have completed the Electrical Safety Training (White) course before taking this course.
