At the Huddig Training Center (HTC) in Hudiksvall, we offer a comprehensive training program for service provider dealer. The training programs are developed by Huddig’s own technicians and experts and reflect the real-world challenges your staff face in the field and in the workshop.
The courses follow a clear progression—from introductory training for new hires to in-depth specialized courses for experienced technicians. Many courses are available in both Swedish and English and can be conducted digitally or in person, depending on the course type. A maximum of 8 participants per in-person course ensures high quality and personalized learning.

The mandatory introductory course for service technicians. Learn about the machine’s design and functions, a review of TagNTell, a tour of the factory, and service procedures. You’ll leave the course with practical knowledge of where to find information and how to perform basic repairs.

For those of you who have completed basic training and have at least two years of experience with Huddig. This course delves deeply into troubleshooting, hydraulic diagrams, and electrical schematics. You’ll learn to read and interpret Huddig’s diagrams—and solve problems independently in the field.

A focused one-day course for technicians who work with Huddig’s lift functions. An overview of the lift’s design, components, and troubleshooting using hydraulic and electrical diagrams. Requires completion of Step 1 training and practical experience.

Advanced training for technicians working with Huddig rail equipment. The course covers rail system components, functions, and troubleshooting using hydraulic and electrical diagrams. NOTE: Included in Technical Training – Rail System Level 3.

In-depth training in the Tigon system. The course covers specific components, functions, hydraulic and electrical diagrams, and systematic troubleshooting. Designed for those who will serve as the go-to person for the machine within their team. Maximum of 5 participants for optimal learning.

Designed for teachers and instructors at vocational schools who want to learn Huddig inside and out. An overview of the system, hands-on training, and guidance on where to find product information and services—everything you need to teach with confidence.

Online training on Huddig’s warranty policies for foremen and claims administrators. Learn how to handle claims correctly from start to finish and find the right information in the portal—without unnecessary delays or misunderstandings.

A quick and practical overview of the spare parts regulations—order processing, returns, and how to navigate the portal. After the course, you’ll be able to place orders on your own and know exactly where to find the right information when you need it.

Behind the Scenes at TIGON. Basic electrical safety for anyone who works with or near electric vehicles.

Basic Electrical Safety for Spare Parts Staff and Claims Administrators. This course explains voltage and current levels from a safety perspective so that you understand the risks and can manage them properly in your daily work.

Advanced electrical safety course for service technicians who work directly with Huddig’s electrical systems. A two-day course covering voltage and current levels, risks, and practical procedures. Requires completion of the White, Yellow, and Level 1 courses, along with at least two years of experience.

Digital electrical safety training tailored for foremen, branch managers, and service managers. Provides an understanding of basic electrical hazards and how leaders can ensure their teams work safely. Flexible digital format with no limit on the number of participants.

Mandatory refresher course for everyone who has completed the Orange and Supervisor training programs. Updated content and a review of electrical safety principles—ensuring that knowledge remains current and that the team always follows the correct procedures. Mandatory every three years.

A two-day training program for sales representatives and product managers who want to stay ahead of the curve. You’ll receive an introduction to new machines, a review of unique selling propositions (USPs), and sales training led by DM, AF, and PF. Take concrete sales tools with you straight into the field.

A two-day program for new workshop supervisors, branch managers, and service managers. In addition to machine knowledge and operation, the program includes an overview of spare parts, warranties, training offerings, and service options—as well as a site visit to ÅF. It also provides valuable networking opportunities with colleagues in similar roles.
