This training qualifies you to perform technical work on electric vehicles when the high-voltage system has been de-energized by an electrical safety officer (a person certified in Huddig Electrical Safety Level 3 Orange).
This course is designed for those who have worked for several years at an authorized Huddig dealer service partner and are currently employed as service technicians. It is also intended for those who handle parts or warranty claims for HUDDIG vehicles.
As part of this training, participants should complete CPR training (with a light arc). This is conducted locally at dealer service partner.
Course Content
- Provides basic and in-depth knowledge of electrical safety for electric vehicles and vehicle components.
- Focus on understanding the risks associated with electricity and how to prevent them through safe work practices, procedures, and a clear division of responsibilities.
- Covers basic electrical theory to explain the importance of voltage and current levels from a safety perspective.
- Explains the difference between electrical and non-electrical work.
This course is intended exclusively for Huddig’s registered dealer service partners and is available in both Swedish and English.
Course Objectives
You are responsible for ensuring that work is performed in accordance with current instructions and for knowing what authority you have to work on a vehicle powered by high-voltage electricity. You may work on an electrified vehicle only after the vehicle has been de-energized.
Prerequisites
You must have completed Technology Level 1 and Electrical Safety Training (White) before taking this course.

4-hour training session: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
