Huddig's product and service offerings

This training provides you with product knowledge about Huddig’s offerings, as well as the necessary technical product knowledge regarding machines and accessories.

This course is designed for new employees or those who have been working for a few years at a Huddiga-authorized dealer primarily work as salespeople.

• An Introduction to Huddig: Past, Present, and Future
• Introduction to a new machine – hands-on walkthrough of a machine, including accessories
  - How to hand over the machine to the end customer
• Technical Overview of City, Cable, and Rail Machines
• Huddig's aftermarket offerings
• Huddig's Service Offering
• Factory tour + overview of the assembly line
• Pricing and Ordering Process
• Customer segments and applications
• USP (Unique Selling Points)

This course is intended exclusively for Huddig’s authorized dealer service partners and is available in both Swedish and English.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of our products, know what Huddig stands for, and have knowledge of the manufacturing and ordering processes. You will be familiar with global pricing, sales pitches, our customers’ most common challenges, and the machine’s competitive advantages. You will have a comprehensive understanding of Huddig’s total offering.  

Schedules

2-day training course: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Breakfast sandwich, lunch, and afternoon coffee are included.
