This course is designed for those who handle complaints in an administrative capacity at a Huddig authorized dealer service partner.
This course is intended exclusively for Huddig’s registered dealer service partners and is available in both Swedish and English.
After completing the course, you will have a thorough understanding of Huddig’s warranty terms and how to handle complaints regarding new HUDDIG.
You must have completed Huddig’s digital training courses— 1370+1370T and Tigon – Vit—on the Evercate portal.
