This basic training course provides you with the necessary information about Huddig’s spare parts and order management via Huddig’s spare parts order portal.  

This course is designed for those who work in spare parts sales and administration at a Huddig authorized dealer service partner.

  • Review of the spare parts catalog
  • Overview of the ordering process and order management for spare parts
  • Spare Parts Management via the Huddig Portal

This course is intended exclusively for Huddig’s registered dealer service partners and is available in both Swedish and English.

Course Objectives

After completing the course, you will have a solid understanding of Huddig’s spare parts selection and how the spare parts process works at Huddig.

Prerequisites

You must have completed Huddig’s digital training courses— 1370+1370T and Tigon – Vit—on the Evercate portal.
