Technique Step 1 – Basics

This introductory training course provides you with a solid foundation in Huddig’s machines and operating procedures. You will learn about features, system support, service, and the company—with a particular focus on Huddig’s 1260E and 1370 models.

This training program is designed for new employees or those who have been working for a few months at an authorized Huddig retailer or service partner and primarily work as service technicians. The course is a requirement for becoming an authorized Huddig service technician.

Course Content

• Overview of the machine's functions and displays
• Introduction to TagNTell
• Overview of the service computer
• Basic Service Overview
• Troubleshooting – Tips and Best Practices
• Guided tour of the factory

This course is intended exclusively for Huddig’s registered dealer service partners and is available in both Swedish and English.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the training, you will have a solid understanding of Huddig’s service documentation as well as the machine’s technology and software. You will also gain a basic understanding of how a HUDDIG and its history.

Prerequisites

As a service technician, you are required to complete Huddig’s digital training courses— 1370, 1370T, and Tigon – Vit —via the Evercate portal prior to the training.

Schedules

2-day training course, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Breakfast sandwich, lunch, and afternoon coffee break are included.
