Our latest upgrades
Upgraded engine
The powerful Cummins diesel engine has been upgraded and now contains fewer components. This increases reliability and facilitates service. In addition, cybersecurity around the engine has been strengthened.
New control system
HUDDIG's new future-proof control system with safety-rated boxes is now compatible with IQAN >7 and has separate systems for lift, JVG and machine. Supports LIFT Type II and allows for easy updates and additions.
Improved gearbox
The gearbox has an updated lubrication channel, providing better lubrication and increased durability. The cold start protection in the software remains, contributing to a longer service life.
Type II compatibility for railways
Enables movement of the machine on rail tracks with men on the LIFT basket (in working position). Increases productivity and provides greater flexibility. Factory-built and approved accessory for 2000B and 1420B.
500 bar pressure sensors
We have upgraded all the pressure sensors in the machine to 500 bar, which provides greater margins, easier service and fewer spare parts.
Customized angle sensor
The angle sensor is tailor-made and positioned lower. The moisture-protective design reduces the risk of dirt and moisture, increasing reliability.
Upgraded control valves in driven rail wheels
Control valves with better adjustability and energy efficiency. The result is smoother operation, softer ramps and easier maneuvering.
LIFT 2200C
Upgrade with several improvements and a control system compatible with the machine's new system. Lever control as standard and remote control as an option. LIFT 2200C can be equipped with LWI for the insulated glove method.
Improved road lighting
Nordic Lights floodlights provide a wide beam with high brightness. Provides excellent near-field illumination, more modern appearance and longer life at lower cost.
