Huddig presents its second sustainability report covering the financial year 2024
In your role as a spare parts administrator, you are responsible for order management and sales of spare parts. The work involves customer contacts and you are a cohesive link between the customer and Huddig's internal functions to give the customer the best possible support.
You are part of a spare parts team of three people, located in Hudiksvall. Together, you base your decisions on statistics and analysis from the ERP system, and contribute with ideas and strategies to increase spare parts sales.
Travel on official business may be involved.
We see that you have experience from previous work in a spare parts environment, preferably where you have worked together with external workshops. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Monitor G5 and Excel.
As a person, you strive to provide a high level of service with short delivery times and clear feedback to customers. You like structure and order, are good at analyzing data and see opportunities for increased business opportunities. You are curious about technical contexts and like to link the theoretical picture to what the product looks like in reality.
You have a good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Lockwood Construction took delivery of its new HUDDIG 1370 at the beginning of September 2023. During the Christmas holidays, the machine was used in a collaborative effort to restore damage after a flood.
