“It’s become easier to plan — and we know what to expect”
The need for a common foundation grew out of the fact that participants come from different backgrounds, have varying levels of experience, and work in companies that, in many cases, carry brands other than Huddig. With this training, we aim to provide new leaders with a clear introduction and better tools for success in their new roles.
The training took place over 1.5 days in Hudiksvall, where participants learned about Huddig’s history and strategy from Huddig CEO Håkan Bäckström, took a guided tour of the factory, and received information on how spare parts and warranty management work. They also gained in-depth product knowledge and had the opportunity to test-drive a Huddig themselves, which was a much-appreciated part of the program.
The program also included a study visit to Staffare in Hudiksvall and discussions on how we can work together to create even better aftermarket offerings for our customers.
A valuable first step in building knowledge, consensus, and stronger collaboration within the network.
