In this year’s sustainability report, we highlight how we are helping to steer the construction industry toward greater sustainability and to reduce environmental impact as well as resource and energy consumption—both in our own operations and for our clients.
The report also describes how we are working to create a safe, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
During the year, we also conducted our first dual materiality analysis. The report was developed with inspiration from the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

FMV has signed a contract with Nordic Terrain Solutions AB (NTS). The contract covers the renovation and modification of tracked vehicles 206 and 208. The deliveries will play an important role in ensuring the Swedish Armed Forces' capability and mobility for many years to come.

At the end of November 2025, we completed three intensive and inspiring training days together with service technicians who work at Huddig-authorized dealers and service partners in the Faroe Islands, the Czech Republic, and Germany. Erika Berg is an engineer at heart and has built a career where technical expertise and leadership go hand in hand. She began with aerodynamic calculations for trains in Västerås back in 1991 and has since held various roles in companies like Voith, Rosenqvist Rail, Sunfab, Pandrol, and Hexatronic.
Andreas Binder has run Binders Entreprenad in Ystad since 2009. The company has grown from one to twelve employees, and in 2024 two HUDDIG 1370 RAIL were acquired to the fleet which now consists of six HUDDIG machines in addition to other construction machines.

Axelssons Rail in Boden, Sweden, was founded in 2011 by Fredrik Axelsson. The one-person company grew steadily and quickly got its first employee. Today, the company has 14 employees and a wide range of machinery adapted for utility and railway work.
Lars, "Lasse" Karlsson started Spårentreprenören LK Gräv in 1986 with a backhoe, more specifically a 646. The assignments came exclusively from electricity companies and the company focused on line work.
Sjöbergs Entreprenad in Örnsköldsvik was started in 2012 by Marcus Sjöberg. His father and grandfather have run construction companies all their lives and Marcus is now the third generation of Sjöbergs to run companies in the same industry.
In the spring of 2024, Huddig conducted a digital basic training in sustainability for all employees. The purpose was to strengthen knowledge in the field of sustainability and create a common foundation and commitment to the company's long-term work to reduce its environmental impact.
